Tier 1: Visual Inspection

Visual Inspection is designed for clients who want to understand what is visibly present from an aerial inspection. It is a visual inspection only and does not provide detailed condition assessment, severity rating, extent rating or maintenance prioritisation.

Tier 2: Aerial Assessment

Aerial Assessment is designed for clients who need more than a simple visual check and want structured assessment of visible issues to support maintenance, contractor or asset decisions.

Bespoke Support

Bespoke support is available where the requirement does not fit neatly into a standard package and depends on suitability, competence, insurance, permissions, written quotation and agreed terms.

What can affect the final quotation?

Final pricing depends on the property or asset type, inspection scope, site location, access constraints, operational complexity, reporting requirements, urgency, deliverables and intended use.

DAS will review each enquiry before confirming the suitable service route and issuing a written quotation. This keeps pricing proportionate to the actual requirement rather than forcing every project into a fixed public table.
