Visual Inspection provides a structured, external visual record of visible property issues and hard-to-access areas, helping our clients make better-informed decisions before progressing repairs, further investigation, maintenance planning or contractor discussions.
It is a practical first step when you need to see the issue clearly, understand what is visibly present and decide whether repairs, contractor advice, maintenance action or a more detailed assessment may be required.
Tier 1 is particularly useful where the immediate question is not yet “what is the full technical answer?”, but “what can actually be seen, where is it, how clearly can it be recorded, and what sensible next step should I consider?”
